Type 9 box blocker/synchro insert bars

Hey, I'm having a nightmare here. Bought a type 9 off someone on here YEARS back, with the view to build a heavy duty one for my pickup. Having stripped it, the 5th gear synchro is missing all of them, and I've lost one of the 3/4 gear ones. They just the pressed steel type. Figure while it's apart I should upgrade.

Beringkits.co.uk do them, but not in stock, and skte says check again in 4 weeks. I'd quite like to have done the job this week

Slim chance, does anyone happen to have a full set in a box (not gearbox) in the garage somewhere?

Does anywhere else stock them? I can only find them on bearingkits page

Is it something I can make from square bar? Or shaft key steel? What dimensions are they?

Please help!
