That'll be a Dutton Phaeton S1 chassis.
Triumph front and 3 link back axle - although someon seems to have added a fourth I think.
It proably had a reg at one time.

It made me feel my construction standards were better than I thought.
Elsewhere on ebay there is a Triumph bsed Robin Hood (the very first RH were Triumph Toledo/Dolomite based) thats never been completed --- looks like
the builder has put mucho effort into it -- but chances of getting that through SVA aren't much better.
