Competition. What should I call my car?
I hate to call my car a Locost. Besides the fact that it hasn't been very low cost, I just don't like the name.
I'd like to register it as a "************"
Your suggestions please!
I like David Jenkins' name for his car, something along those lines perhaps, or Hellfire...or has that been done?
It's not going to be a super fast racing type car (it only has a 1300 xflow) I'm trying to create a sporty fifties type car with a vintage
vibe....man! So the name should reflect this.
By the way calling it "A Pile Of Crap" or "Frank" are not options!
The winning entry wins a copy of my CD "Total Self Indulgence" Now there's a good reason not to take part!!!
Cheers
Jon

Some great suggestions guys, keep 'em coming.
I'd like something I could put on the registration document...you know something almost serious if possible.

Seeing as it doesn't have quite the oomph of the Hellfire car, how about "Stovefire" or "Grillfire"?
Seriously, how about "JB7"?
Edit: Oops, thought I'd read the whole thread.

my method - think up a fictitious brand. Then use your initials followed by the year.
This method has always worked for the racing car manufacturers - every Van Diemen ever built is an RF** - so yours could be an............
Beedlesport JB05
That type of thing.
I would be tempted to go along those sort of lines.

I'm impressed. Lots of good ideas.
I think I'd like to call it a name rather than a number, like Spitfire, Mustang or Hurricane or............. Daewoo Matiz.
Any more out there?
Cheers
