Yay SVA!!!
Heres a site from Holland (i believe) with really good SVA section pretty much tells you everything youd need to know.

Cant tell whethers its 100% accurate or up to date but its better than nothing when youre building.
anyone know if it is up to date?

Yep typical of governmental vehicular legislative requirements, ------ a nightmare of wording.
