Have you built more then one ?

I´m thinking of building a second car with another engine choice and other improvements.

Why did you choose to build another locost?

  • Could build a better second time
  • My wife needed one aswell
  • I´d rather building then driving

Built one with friend in his garage, he returned favour and we built no.2 in his garage (mine).
We made a few improvements 2 the second - pedal box was different, rear section was strengthened to take a tow bar, didn't bother with brake servo, trans tunnel raised by 1", so gear lever remote could be hidden, handbrake lever mounted on side of tunnel (kept catching elbow on first), Manta column used (Sierra had too many stalks), plus a few others I can't remember!
