Speedo would depend on diff ratio and tyre size , electronic speedos can be calibrated in a few seconds after a few small calculations

It's possible to use loads of different speedos , a lot of them can be calibrated but it's not a DIY job . Had a Mini one done a few years ago by Speedy Cables , speedo was cleaned, serviced and recalibrated for about £30 IIRC cost will have gone up a bit but not sure by how much Ford one can be calibrated by changing the speedo drive gear in the gearbox but which gear to use ?

I've used a bicycle speedo for the last few months, was less than a tenner and it's stuck on with blu-tak

Is it possible to get any cheaper/easier (or lazier for that matter) ?
