always used Optimax on my tin top,
now on V-Power.
cant get tesco 99 round my my way.

I've used the Tescos 99 stuff - the yardstick in my car is that the engine will run-on when the ignition is turned off if I've got regular
95 unleaded (it's an unleaded conversion with leaded timing settings). Normally I'd use Optimax, but Tescos is closer than the Shell
garage!
The Tescos stuff works well for me, but I did have one occasion when the engine ran-on shortly after using a tankful in one session - I suspect that
they may have put the wrong fuel into one storage tank! This hadn't happened before or since, so it's not a car thing.

I use Tesco 99 in mine, unleaded head running leaded settings. Works fine.
I find it much better than Optimax because I can earn clubcard points.
