I don't like it!
The carpets aren't right in a 7 (I would bet Colin Chapman would never have put them in!), and the wheels don't loom right either.
Nicely kept, but I wouldn't say it's worth the money because it's not entirely original.
I have a friend with an original 7 of roughly the same year, but it's been fitted with a blade engine (not original, but I reckon it's
what Chapman would have done if the cars were still being produced by him).

No, Chapman would have got real & up to date & produced what I have.
Well ..............Maybe
Anyone want to offer me £18k for mine, it's completely original, it has to be there's only one at the moment!
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

"new Chassis in 1984" brings to mind the old saying about the axe and the handle....

More likely to be the plumbed-in fire extinguisher...

Confused but excited.

With respect to the wheels, what other car were they fitted to as an optional extra?
Thaaaaats right, the Skoda Estelle ii ! I know cos I 'ad one
Take a dekko at the piccie of the bootbox, you can see that the roll-over bar rear bracing bars are fixed to the edge of the boot! That'll
deform nicely in a rollover!
