maybe its an age thing........ but thats JUST an old ford with a nice engine bay to me... ive never got the attraction people have with cars of that
age........ its like the people that do up capris
Some people are worried about the difference between right and wrong. I'm worried about the difference between wrong and fun.

It must be an age thing (ie me showing my age). Its a Mk2 Escort, what more is there to say...

They most likely will never know what its like to steer a 3.0-S Capri through a twisty set of bends on the throttle alone (almost), and the resulting
smile and cold sweat at getting through in one piece, and not having a brown stain in your pants when you though you were heading for the hedge ah
the memories........
You just made the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end matey!
Worse or is it better?...A Mk1 3 litre Capri on bald Pirelli Cintuaratos...In the Snow!
Talk about leading a tiger by the tail!!

Very nice but, 343BHP with leaf springs and an English axle - I'm sure it would benefit from something beefier.
Still, a gorgeous car!!!

hmm.... At that price he can kiss my half shaft. I would have preferred it before he started cocking about with it.
Why bother sticking 300+ ponies in an escort that you're too busy polishing to ever actually drive?.
I know I probably stand alone on this one, but a tweaked escort with a bit of bling under the bonnet doesn't impress me. Nor does the BHP
figures.
Some of the cars you guys have built... now that's a different story.
