Sounds very 1970s Blondie, I might cut down on the overdriven rythm guitar and do something to blend the vocal into the track a bit better, she will
have problems singing melody and harmony at the same time live but overall not a bad track and I really like the singer's voice!

PS Just listened to' Just Like Me' on the website I really like this the songwriting is just up my street, I hope they can borrow a decent
keyboard to replace the kazoo solos! I look forward to an album!

ditto both those, excellent tune though. Nothing a good sound engineer couldnt sort in a second though if they put their minds to it. Do they record
professionally or is it a diy effort?

Thank you all for taking the time to have a listen and cheers for the comments.
john.
edit.
Oh and it is all diy stuff in a home studio (i believe) but hopefully with more exposure greater things to come!
Ps the kazoo solo has to be seen live to be fully appreciated! ha ha!
thanks again john.

My nephew is a drummer,I think quite good but that's an aside, and travels about with a group to do gigs playing their own music. I know this
work doesn't pay well but I was astonished to find out that nobody pays for a group playing thier own stuff they will only pay them if they play
covers. This isn't just local but around the country.

Not entirely correct IMHO, you can still hire a venue and charge entry to turn a profit, you may be refering to social clubs etc and that may well be
right. In the past ive had lots of friends hire venues to do gigs, playing their own stuff.
