HOW DO I APPLY FOR SVA TEST
CAN I GET IT DONE IN DERBY AS I LIVE IN KETTERING AND CAN I DRIVE THE CAR THERE AS I HAVE NO NUMBER PLATE.

not sure on dvla sva centre locations near you, but yes you can drive to and from with no plates, unless the sva man says the car is dangerous to
drive home, where you'll have to trailor it.
Do a search on here, theres loads to find.

Yup. Fill out the form. SVA form asks for your choice of centre. List of SVA centers at the end of the form. Send off the form with the cheque. Wait
for letter in post.

i did mine at Leighton Buzzard, had a german guy called Thomas sva mine who was a nice chap.
