Need to find out axle weights, 2L zetec on type 9 box with de deion axle does anyboby know.

You need to put the maximum axle weights. Usually something like 450kg per axle on a locost. Not the actual weight on each axle.

I was told by my SVA examiner, having failed with the calcs I'd done according to the book, to just stick in 500kgs front and 500kgs rear.

Passed on retest
