Frame Delivered
Now, my job is to find out whether all the stuff on the inventory sheet/invoice is actually there. Except I can't figure out what half of it
is!
Have applied one coat of TremClad (antirust paint) to keep the red stuff from forming. The real fun should begin soon. The good news is that you can
use a dolly to get the other half to move around her end, while you lift the front, so it's quite mobile even now!

Update: spent part of today spraying more primer on the frame. I have used 5 $6.00 cans of primer. I do not recommend this method and will finish
brushing and rolling on the rest.

I must admit to feeling a little left out. If I were English do you think delivery and build start would cause a bit of interest? Well, I guess the
colonies have done without you for this long...

Who did you buy it from? and did you have to wait very long?

Hi,
As stated in the Chassis section, I have a few important questions (that I will harrass everyone with on a regular basis!!) I will now go try to take
some pics, since I am waiting for paint to dry.
The good news is that my golf swing is improving immensely whilst I wait. I could've spent what this will cost on a good club membership, now
that I think about it.

Actually, I'm into this ONE week, plus months of buying parts etc., and no, I can't say I agree. Golf is a great game that needs constant
attention, but it has its rewards.

Yeah, my father's been playing for 40+ years and still ain't that good
I did use the cost of golf: club membership, set of clubs, attire and upkeep/replacement as required (or starting to support a top football team:
season ticket, travel to/from, burgers and new kit every three months or start drinking heavily), as one of my arguments for building Deimos.
Deimos far cheaper than any of above

I actually put two and two together and solved my immediate problems: how to mount the diff and the handbrake. I also painted my foot silver, but I
digress. It's a lot more fun when it all goes together and a lot cheaper than chasing girls (one is enough), drinking and generally polluting
oneself.
