With so little information, I would say "put it in at the top until it pours out of the dipstick hole should be enough

I reckon about 3.5 litres including filter.

Im going to guess its a 1300 xflow in a locost destined for 750MC racing.
Ive heard some people take out the dipstick tube on race cars and replace with sealed plug. Then make up a new dip stick to suit.
Valvoline R is supposed to be great oil. My local factors does it cheaper then the usual race suppliers so shop around. I often use the normal
Valvoline oils but mines a road car mainly.

first fill is 3.67liters if filter is changed, for a 13oo xflow

Best oil by far is:
Millers Fully Synthetic Race Oil - with Ester 3...
Local autoparts, kitcar friendly shop does it at £34.99 for 5 litres
