locost cycling too
I've been looking at cycle workshop stands for a while, they seemed a bit steep at £50-£100 so I dived into my pile of metal offcuts and, found
some rhs, some angle iron, a few bits of tube, and old hinge and.....

clamps in my bench vise and puts the bike at the right working height.

I've got a old inner tube tied to the roof, just loop it round the seat tube and there you go, proper Locost.
DO NOT PUT ON KNOB OR BOLLOCKS!
