I've been trying to contact Alan for the past 2 weeks now but no one is answering the phone or replying to emails.
Has anybody else managed to get through to them recently?

Gary,
It's the period known as the 'Trades Fortnight' in Scotland. A lot of smaller companies take their holidays over this period.
Not saying that's the reason, but could be a fair chance!

I just ordered bulbs on fleabay from him yesterday so we'll see how long they take to come.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

I bought a loom off him about a month back, so as said he's probably just off on hols or something

Bulbs arrived today so someone must be working at base.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
