SVA and interior trim
If I only cover the tunnel but leave the inside of the outer panels naked ie. chassis exposed will I fail SVA. Chassis is a Tiger Cat.
I just want to get SVA as soon as poss.

My Indy passed like that - I never trimmed the inside of the side panels as I liked the look that way
"That thing you're thinking - it wont be that."

My side panels are just bare chassis tubes and tunnel is ally with vinyl glued on . passed last week so no problems, so long as there are no sharp
edges it's fine

I passed with bare everything in the cockpit, including all the internal aluminium panelling. Put duct tape over the joins on the ali panels, so there
would be no sharp edges, etc. I built it to drive not look smart, you can always tidy it up post SVA and then won't have to worry about SVA
testers so you can put in what you like

I passed on wednesday the steel tubes when painted/powder coated have no sharp edges so no need to cover them

My Mac#1 passed in same level of trim.
Im almost surprised that people who trim theirs out arent made to remove it so tester can see some cross bracing in that area.
