How do i contact and how have people contacted FSO
How have people contacted the Financial Servicemans Ombisman i wish to take my payapl problem to them.

fsa.gov.uk
They are very helpful, you have to go through certain processes before they can intervene. They will help you with this though.

We currently have a dispute ongoing against paypal with the FSO, long winded job but I will not rest till we beat the tankers.

They really are decent and knowledgeable to deal with. I contacted them when the Halifax removed £1000 from my account by accident but wouldn't
give it back. They said I had to wait, I think it was 6 weeks which was standard "notice" for the bank to attempt to correct the problem
before they would wade in.
However, I rang Halifax at the end of the 6 weeks just to gloat and say "you're for it now!" They just refunded the money there and
then over the phone. I believe these financial people get quite scared when the FSO get involved. Best of luck.
