Can just see this HM Govt seeing that and deciding we should all have bar codes tattooed on our necks.

I'm still suprised they caught this guy.
My Ma had her car stolen. She had several witnesses who saw the kids take the car. They had several witnesses who recognised them. Then my Ma had
several text messages from one of the kids who had nicked the car goading her about it. And then they had arrested (for being drunk in the street) a
kid who had the car keys in his pocket complete with the reg number of the car on the tag.
But they still didn't arrest anyone for the theft of the car!!

Doesnt surprise me in the slightest. Now if they had used the car as a getaway car after stealing £20 from a shop then they would have been pursued
and arrested in a flash........after all a crime would have been commited in that case!!
PS that came direct from an officer after my father's car was stolen and abandoned!! He actually said (with a very embarrased look on his face)
they couldnt get the SOCO out unless it had been used in a crime such as a theft from a shop

^^ Carrying on from that
I had my car broken into on my drive, the police had already been called because they were seen trying to break into another car down the street, when
the police arrived the lad was inside my car having jammied the lock with a screwdriver. They never prosecuted the lad......lack of evidence
Imagine what it would be like if there were no hypothetical situations.

I guess being illiterate he didn't know that his name was tatood on his neck
Guess he checked it out in the mirror after having it done and thought it wasn't genuine writing because it was back to front
