I'm fitting 2 Busa TB sets to my V8 engine. I'm expecting 400-450 bhp, so I'm really on the cusp of the standard Suzuki injectors range (as I understand it).

Is there a quick fix for using faster-flowing injectors?

Usually you use bigger injectors not "faster" ones. For cars you have those so there must be bigger injectors for bikes aswell. It will probably be a tuning brand injector so no OEM.

You could always look at the twin injector set up used on 1000 GSXR amongst others. Second injector sprays direct into the trumpets. Wired to inject continuously or above a certain throttle opening.

There are a lot of turbo charged busa's out there so they must have solved the injector issue

If you take a look at Hole-Shot they begin by using a replacement fuel pump and regulator to increase fuel pressure, but for higher horsepower engines they add Bosch second rail injectors.

SBD ( http://www.sbdev.co.uk/ )do adaptors to allow the fitting of bigger injectors to 'busa throttle bodies. Also upgraded fuel rails.
I've mde my own adaptors and fuel rails for my turbo 'busa but it is a bit fiddly and time consuming.

You may not need uprated injectors.

The ecu's like DTA, MBE etc. are batch fire or semi-sequential so are fired every engine revolution and in your case at a max. of 6 to 6.5k rpm.

The hayabusa is fully sequential so only injects when needed up to a max of 11.5 krpm.

The result of this is that on your V8 the injector has about 4 times as long to supply the fuel as it does on the Hayabusa.

Uprating the pressure and pump will allow more fuel but not as much as you would think, higher pressures give better atomisation and more power.

Honda S2000's have exactly the same injector body style (Keihin) as the hayabusa but flow a lot more fuel. I have a set as standby if my standard hayabusa ones wont do the job.

I've fitted busa TB's on to a Renault F4R engine for a single seater.
