a story to warm the cockles of your heart

Police arrested Mr Singh but later recommended he not be prosecuted. The Crown Prosecution Service agreed and said it was satisfied he had acted in self defence.

Good call.!

Tony used the guy's own knife. It doesnt mention that the mugger had also hit him in the face with a brick.

Justice for a change.
ETA I presume after admitting this

quote:

Linda Kilroe told the hearing her son had no reason to steal the money because she was supporting him financially to help him evade police, who wanted to question him about further armed robberies

She was arrested and charged as well.??

Good result. I cant condole Tony's actions as such but doubt he had a choice from the sounds of it.

I hope the mother was charged. There are some odd people about.

Tony probs saved the crown prosecution service a fortune in tax payers money. I doubt he will have similar problems in the future as long as the odd family concerned have learned their lesson.
