Friday night we have just returned from her Graduation where she picked up a BA in Business management and Admin.

Tommorow Sat its her Black Belt in Wado that shes sitting..standing ..kicking ect....

Me SVA booked and all in ready for test date just a tidy up to do......

So all hold your breath for Saturday afternoon 4.00 start......And we may have a black belt.
Its a real one she can fight and throw just ask me a crash test dummy to practice the latest moves on
even the SOFT ones hurt

Beppiesignori is taking his trailer down with my car on it dropping off at mac1 to pick up his car to export to swedish land

I dunno about that mate, it's never good when the little woman can knock seven shades out of you.

I'd have steered her towards cake decorating or something.

Don't ever forget your anniversary or buy her a power drill for crimbo.

Ah well Damed hamstring gave out .
So its the June she will have wait for.....12 months high level training down the pan

The veue was very cold and despite the warmups it was hard to maintain body temp in the pauses......poo happens

Awwww so sorry to hear that...

I hope she gets better soon.....June will be warmer, so hopefully, when fully warmed up, it wont happen again....

The training wont have gone to waste, she has done it once, so just needs to keep it up when she is better.
