Not a car that folk tend to know much about because they are so ordinary but
I need a N/S door mirror for a pre-facelift Vectra, does anyone know if the mirrors are different on the later cars or are they the same? Facelift was
in about 1998/99.
There's a few on Ebay that are the right colour but are for later cars.

halford sell them if its just the glass you need
on "T" plate the vectra had a face lift, and i think they put bigger mirrors on them.
You could try these peeps:

They were dead helpful when I was looking around for some bits. Failing that, it's a trip to your nearest scrappy.
Or you could try something like partsgateway.co.uk, where you fill in the details and they forward them to all local breakers.

I dont really want to take the time to go to the scrappy as it'll mean a bit of travelling, I need all the free time I can get during daylight
hours to get the jobs stopping me from building a locost done!
Still, it'll learn me to de-ice my mirrors & not wipe the mirror from my workmate's motor while parking my van in future!

I may just get new one, I'd already seen them for about £20 on Ebay & his painted cover may just fit on anyway.
And the engine management light coming on, ignition switch faults, water pump failure , timing belt failure etc etc
