Wouldn't surprise me if they charge the bloke for speeding too!!

you often see police speeding, it seems to me..
.. can't be too long before some bright spark with time to waste gets hold of a speed camera and a video camera or something and goes out setting
speed traps just to catch plod cars.. that'd be great, I think.
Anyone seen a Cop using a MOBILE PHONE whilst driving, since the ban? One rule for one... I thought they could only use their walkie-talkie's... hmm, maybe not?
