Just gone to renew the tax online for the BEC. Says I dont have valid insurance!

shocking, cars been insured with them for the last 8-9 months and all my paperwork is correct! really not impressed. hope its just a problem online as the schedule would have been shown when it was taxed when it was given its Q plate.

Don't stress it. Flux are a broker and between them and the ins co there's any number of reasons why the database is incorrect. You still have to queue up with the grannies tho!!!

I got sick of Flux and their shoddy service. I moved to Sureterm and saved £100 quid too. Everytime I came to contact Flux it was about something wrong, just got sick of it. My latest renew came in for £100 more than it was last year and it was the final straw!

Mine came back as a Reliant Robin GREAT.

At least no one would of come round to nick it.

Been sorted now!

Have to say I've never had an issue with them, either with the heavily modded MINI, or the Indy. Just to put both sides as it were. Sorry yours has not gone as well.

Me no problem either, and cheaper than anyone else

I built a trike 2 years ago and had massive problems with adrian flux. They would only insure for 14days on chassis number. I had delays with SVA and DVLA and therefore required longer. they wanted me to cancel the policy and only give me half my money back

just google their name and there are loads of hurrendous reviews.

For the docket ive used footman james, half the price of adrian for a better policy.

I have used Flux for years, and still do, as I can insure my daily tintop with them as well as the Locost, easily add cars on when I need to, and at £95 fully comp on the Locost, I can't really argue with the price considering the lack of no claims on that policy!

Only company I have found easier to deal with is my brother's trade insurance, roadrunner or something I think, they are dead easy, just drive anything and anybody is insured to drive any car "in your posession" (not necessarily with V5 in your name)

I didnt use flux for threads like this and went stright to sureterm. Ive never claimed other than for recovery but the service seams good so far and they where very good about sorting out the recovery claim i did make, in day 3 of the policy (before the recovery firm had done there paperwork).

My policy is backed by Highway, but i guess they use others too.
