dunno(or care)about the northerners but 10mm of snow stopped the underground trains here,what would happen if it really snowed?and as for the roads

london grinds to a halt with the meerist hint it may snow

seems like you guys got the worst of it for now central scotland got less than an inch so far

we now have bus stop ammo!

fair crapping it down with snow here too. my mate in norwich says the town has come to a complete halt (some fairly steep bits in the city, it gets stupid in the snow)

We had 1/2" of snow here in 1997, it lasted ages - well till about 11:00am

Chris - I don't suppose you got that snow from the bottom of a lamp-post did you? Looks a bit 'yellow' to me
