looks ok to me

looks fine. now, kitcarparts.com (lolocost/robinhood/etc) are selling fans for £15....

Why should it be a scam?
It is the same price as other sellers.

Actually looks remarkly similar to my two fans.

I had been looking at the £80 pacet type fans... was quite supprised when I spotted those considerably cheaper!
