Besides - maybe McLaren will get more unbiased decisions (from Mr Whiplash) without Mr Dennis at the helm. 
Good luck to him - he deserves it!

Top man was Ron IMHO never backed down to the assholes or bigger men/teams. Surely a candidate for Sir Ron.
I'm sure whitmarsh is well up for the job time will tell.
Wonder if Whitmarsh will still remember to give Lewis his Mclaren F1 LM 2 years from now!
