We have an les paul copy that chevy broke a few days after paying for it........I got a new neck but need some help replacing this....its a one chance

If it's a reasonably accurate Les Paul copy then it should have a glued in neck. Whether it is feasible, or even possible, to replace the neck
will depend on how the guitar was made in the first place, whether it was dovetailed, and more importantly, what sort of glue was used.
Again, if it's an accurate Les Paul copy then the break was presumably when it fell off its stand and the back of the headstock hit the ground
first, breaking the headstock off?
My vote (bearing in mind that very little detail has been given) would be to repair the original neck.
Some pictures of the damaged guitar would help a lot
