I've joined it. Not driven the thing yet, except onto and off the trailer but I'm looking forward to filling it with fuel repeatedly throughout the season...it seems to like burning it

Nice one Derek. Had a mkII a few years ago. Mucho fun to drive!!

Should see you out and about then?

Hi

Just out of interest are all you guys who are switching to Tintops for track days etc trailering them to the events or driving them there.

Cheers Matt

PAUL FISHER - 27/1/09 at 02:19 PM

I just trailer mine, one of the reasons I went for a Clio sized car so it would fit on the same trailer I used for the Indy, its about the same track and lenght, and is under the 1000kgs capacity of the the trailer

Jubal - 29/1/09 at 10:03 PM

I will trailer this about as I'm lucky enough to have a tow car that can handle it. But it's huge in comparison to the kit. Not quite so straightforward a proposition as a Clio but the ability to tow if I wanted was high on the decision criteria.

It was surely a factor in the thinking!
