I thought i was on drugs today , I saw a GIANT Locost car at Newlands, or was a Luego or was I dreaming ( pump up the Locost)

probly a luego,they are huge,they are the aircraft carrier of rowing boats

Not convinced that is a Luego Viento wishbones, grill, indicators are all different.
Although somebody can put me right if I am wrong.
