Even without knowing you or the Branston you're in, I wish you good luck. I was on the grubby end of a work related skirmish and it was horrible!

Join a Union and let them sort it out for you, they have good lawyers.

i'm in it too. seems places are trying to get rid of people to save money, by sacking them ask how i know... nothing i can do about it, they got me over a barrel. supposed to be a respectable company too, with a shamed ex boss. i'll let you decide who

Can I just join one? Am I allowed to just join and then call on their service straight away? Well technically I might not need them - I'll know on Tuesday *GULP*
