Cheers

Frost do a similar kit and it did well in a practical classics test. Not sure how similar it is but it works well if its the same stuff!!!!

should do it I have used jewellers rouge to do the same on scartched windows, you do still need to have the buffing equipment so it doesn't seem a bad deal. Make sure you work arount the area if you ony work on the scratch you will get a deppression in the glass

isn't it just cheaper to take it to a glass shop where they use that UV machine to repair small knicks in the windshield? takes like 10 minutes and costs around a tenner...

maybe if you are polishingthe same area for 5 years!!??!

my experience removing deep wiper arm scraches was using rouge and it takes a damn long time.

I found that the areas polished were clearer than the rest of the screen, presumalby the outer surface ages or get grimey.

just to let anyone know who is interested, the kit worked really well

There is a very slight - but hardly noticeable optical distortion in the glass but the scratch has all but gone

Well chuffed

It's no good for removing scratches - but VERY good for scrubbing the glass clean. It degreases and polishes the glass nicely.
