Brill! Once you get the job we can work together getting the new locost single seater on to the national grid .

Really want to build an electric single seater...

Best of luck with the interview - according to the government there's going to be lots of growth in that field, due to tax-payers subsidies.

Let us know how you get on.

scalextric?

Superb good luck

Just be enthusiastic and ask heaps of questions about them. Their looking for someone who's interested in their product

One of my former jobs was working and later designing diamond offshore drill bits, I never even seen one before the interview and didn’t even recognize the cutters when shown one but I came across as very interested in it and got the job (later told this by my boss)

Good luck mate - just make 'em a cup of your world famous fizzy tea and the jobs yours

vinny1275 - 21/4/09 at 02:09 PM

^^^ Wot they all said

ask plenty of questions about them to show interest (and try and ask questions based on their answers) - good kinds of things are: "what are the challenges you face", "What are the opportunities you have", "what sets you apart from your competitors", "what are your growth plans/ strategy for the next 3 - 5 years" - this kind of thing shows that you're thinking about long-term and that you want to know that they're what *you're* after - job interviews are a two-way selling process and showing them that you're interested in your own career.

I've interviewed people before who've failed to show any interest in even the hobbies and interests section of their CV - needless to say they didn't get hired.....

And good luck!

Good luck!

Come across nervous and disshevelled, they might take pity on you

Mr Whippy - 21/4/09 at 02:22 PM

Why not go and pull up everything you can find on the web on their cars?

Wikipedia is great for things like that plus there's heaps of forums dedicated to electric conversions, read up before you go

look at this cool article...wiki linky tons of information
