I like it a lot. Wish they'd actually do something with these concepts though .

Bit confused by this bit:

"The car has an estimated performance of 0-60 mph in 2.3 seconds, an electronically limited top speed of 160mph and a driving range of about 800 miles between charges. The car's designer, Ryan Skelley, admits that he made a mistake when calculating the distance available on one charge but the saving grace is that this is a concept for 2025 and with the current progression of battery technology, he's sure that range will be achievable."

So its not going to get 800 miles (obviously) so why not just change the numbers.. the car is imaginary and the figures are pulled from thin air. Admitting its a mistake seems a little bonkers!

ETA: considering thats such a clear picture of the chassis, if I could weld- could I make it?

looks v-nice indeed, performance figures seem made up batmobile b%ll$ks and totally unbelievable, surprised it can't break the sound barrier too...and the chassis or the total lack off it is very scary around the 'doors?'

Was about to write exactly the same thing. Shockingly weak design - it'll fold up on the driver/passenger really badly even in a small shunt if that's the final design.

Obviously you've all these THIS EV Looks champion to me

easily fixed with one or two tubes across that door area though? Not sure why he didnt put them in anyway. The body panels are very high so its not as if its going to make it harder to get in!

a concept for 2025?!?!?

pure speculation and nonsense, might as well say it is powered by neutron enriched hydromass and made from routanium/kevlar composite that is 10 x as strong as CF.

just someone showing off their phototshop skills IMO.

Can i have the hair cut in 2025????

(i've got none now so it would give me something to look forward to )

Ok, questions about that car.
I really like the look of it, especially the low front end and nose area, so..
1. would the front suspension work with those wishbones, assuming the pick up point was more inboard than the lower bones to minimise camber issues.

2. The chassis could be modified for a mid engined BEC arrangement, but would a short chain length be an issue?

Crap, that's all the problems I can think of...there's no excuse not to do it!!

Hmmm........

Spot on. This "concept" is the product of someone spending a lot of time with a 3D rendering program, nothing else. The falling rate front suspension and impossibly weak and floppy upper wishbones are a nice touch.
