just bought a new laptop but I don't know how to get the password for connecting it to next doors BTHomeHub (they've said I can use it, in
fact I'm typing this on it right now...I don't have a landline btw)
The laptop is Vista
and the homehub computer is XP but I can't see how I even find the blasted password my laptops saying it needs? why
don't they ever make these things easy to use!!!
anyone know how to do this? please
there should be a little silver sticker on the back on the home hub
i had to ring them in the end, after an hour of fiddling, the call was 45 minutes so i would ask them to call you back, i can't remember whether the call was free or not.
yep, you need the network key from the back of the homehub.
is it the WEP key it wants?
ahhhh blimey never thought of looking there!!!! LOL

its working yeah!
even by locost standards that was a quick fix
thanks guys
