CAD model of an engine?
ghetto_eddie - 1/5/09 at 07:19 PM

Hi all,

On the off chance this might work, ime after a CAD model of an Inline-4 engine, any type!

Reason i need one is to finalise a CAD model i have been working on for my university final project.

As you can see from the picture below, ime short of one convincing engine. (it's a hybrid install for a RWD transmission)

Anyone that can help it would be brilliant, thanks!

Edd

Which format do you need?

Cheers

Ah sorry, mind slip!

Any solid model format. .sldprt is best. .prt or .iges are fine also.

Quite a feasible concept too, if you have the £££ for the motor!

The detail is really in the connecting sections between the engine/electric motor, and the electric motor/gearbox. But if you are interested i can post up a couple of images in the coming days.
