Came via e-mail as they do from

AVG sorted it for me and i also downloaded the updates from them too.

Same here, Had at least five since I moaned ages ago.I just keep AVG running same as you.

I,m now updating the AVG every month,it seems to be aimed at a few peple on here.
Back to downloading nout again i suppose,safer that way
