F1 is where the big boys race --- if the big boys don't turn up it isn't F1

and if the big boys dont turn up - how long will the crowds and tv be interested in watching this farce.

Seems like Max is on a huge power trip at the moment and trying to bully them into doing what he wants. He says sign up and that guarantees you get to sit around the table to discuss rules. Sounds to me more like sign up and then Max dictates terms, and then threatens them with breach of contract if they dont play ball

So Ferrari was all BS and bluster it appears after submitting an "unconditional" submission. Tossers.

Wouldn't be F1 if it weren't for all the shenanigans would it? When the two people running things have a combined age of about 200, you get strange things going on...

To be fair to Ferrari, they submitted a conditional entry like Mclaren etc... but the FIA have accepted it as a standard entry:

"Ferrari's entry could now prompt a legal battle as they, along with the other seven members of the Formula One Teams' Association, initially submitted conditional entries.

However, Ferrari have already argued the FIA invalidated a contract agreed in 2005 as president Max Mosley failed to keep his side of the deal by not consulting with the teams over the rule changes."

Cheers,
James
