Had a good day today..
Day off work
Dismantled + fixed dishwasher
Polished inlet ports on mini head for next project
Large plate of chips peas and gravy
Cleaned garage
Sorted out noisy lifter on V8
Had a play with fuel settings on V8
1 ½ hrs of twist roads in the Viento which ran better that ever, beautiful sunshine, only downside is a little sunburn on arms.
Now having a drink

up early to drop mum at the coach station
got back and got the car out straight away!
took a 30 mile blat over to see benzine
installed and calibrated his lambda gauge, checked MS over and advised on bits needed, gorp'd at a straight 6 in an MK chassis!
went out for a blast, then lunch,a toasted chicken, brie and spinich sandwich chips and salad + beer, very nice.
another blat back, drop benzine off and then another 30 mile blat home!
great day with the weather, but my eyes are so sore even wearing shades!
Spent the day updating manufacturing routes and discussing impending redundancies...so all in all not really 
Got a free day at the Royal Highland show with press pass, driven to and from show, took photos of cars and quads, saw lots of nice totty!!
got home, finished n fitted bonnet ready for mot on saturday..
Might go for a mountain bike ride tomorrow, work on the tan!

Took the banana to work........
Cleaned out the wagon then got pestered by a manager to take him out for a blat
So took him down our private farm road at a few knots with airtime jumps and he sh*t his pants

Sent my in-laws home on a train yesterday, which was good...
Put my daughter on a train today, heading for Heathrow and on to Sydney, won't see her again until September 2010 unless I can find time &
money to go over there... not so good...
Does nobody here have to work for a living...
Worked all day, got home sorted 3 kids out for dinner, bath and bed, chucked some dinner down my neck, tidied the house and then...strapped myself
into the Indy 
Nice 35 mile blat taking in some favourite twists and turns. T shirt, shorts and crash helmet - drew a few odd looks from other road users, but then
it was getting dark I suppose.
Pi55ing out down now so I'm thinking take away curry, beer and a movie tonight
