As title. If your off out in an open top dont forget... Guess how I know
Are you a dermatologist
i found that out in the week went out for a blast, just sunglasses on, when i got back face was nice frazzled!
Indeed- be careful! And don't forget the top of the ears. Everyone forgets and then years later up crops a second head from the top of the
ear.... Can't really do a skin graft there either so the operation is slightly tricky...
The dermatologists are pretty hard core and say no sun exposure (at all) from 11-3pm and minimum factor 30. I think the factor 30's a good idea.
I'm not sure how realistic staying out of the sun during those hours is (particularly when my main hobbies are the Seven, working on the
allotment and flying R/C planes....)...
Annoyingly, despite factor 30, I'm still having to have a pre-malignant seborrhoiec keratosis on my arm frozen off with liquid nitrogen in the
next few days... I'm only young too
Guess who's going to have a season ticket to the dermatologists later on in life....?
I always have a bottle of suncream in the car even if I forget to use it like last weekend at Newark.
Then there are us Vitamin D deficients.......
Medical advice, get out in the sun for about 20 minutes a day..........oh and no sun-cream, or the Vit. D absorption wont work.........
Damned if you and damned if you don't........ah well.......

We live in a country that rains all bar a couple of weeks of the year and then we have to mess around with sun cream. Rubbish.
Raining here
And what about those of us that are somewhat taller than our hair? Suncream on the top of the head makes the remaining hair horribly sticky and nasty, but a hat doesn't really want to stay on your head in a 7.
