A friend has a 8.5 tonne vehicle that they need transporting from Lancashire to Hampshire. It's got an engine problem that they want to fix when they get it to where they live, otherwise they'd drive it down.

Anyone know any company or anyone that'll transport it?

i'd say get it running where it is... save a WHOLE lot of money

Short background: they arranged with someone to transport it before buying it, then the person who'd arranged transport let them down so they're up slack alley atm

get it on the road and call the AA.

could theconrodkid help? i know he's got that big russian truck thing. not sure what it does, or if it can carry a load. for some reason i think hes based lancashire way. maybe worth a try?
