Just gone out into the yard and sprayed some WD-40 on the garden gate hinges as a mark of respect!

Guess the Pearly Gates don't squeak any more... [Sorry - it just had to be said]
He was responsible for the most useful item in my toolbox, though. :salute:
Nothing beats the smell of WD40. It's one of my favourites.
Hi
My first experience of WD40 was in the forces where it came in 5 gallon containers and was applied with a hand spray. We used it as a water displacer
and protectant on aircraft and it was referred to as Rocket 40 .......... now I know why.
Regards Mick
mmm it does smell good

well I never, who would have guessed thats what it stood for???! - "water displacement, formulation successful in 40th attempt.”
