was just about to head to the post office, a nice 10-12 mile round trip and then all hell broke loose from out the sky!! Just as i was rolling the car out of the garage.

I'm now going to sit at the window and wait for it to dry up and as soon as it has i'm going to try again!

Lesson - get up earlier on a day off and enjoy the sunny mornings!!

oh crikey!! dont tell me that! i just looked on metcheck and it just told me that indeed, there is more rain for me this afternoon - about twice as much as just now!

i had the same last night
altho i didnt even manage to get the car out of the garage before the heavens opened

so took my van instead

if it had been dry i wouldnt have had to pop home to fetch the indy and possibly wouldnt have broken my toe !!

stupid weather

i was due back at the rolling road at 1pm and it's only just stopped pouring down with more expected.
rang the guy and he said dont bother as its bad where he is too

you were right xjs, the heavens have just opened again, raining very hard here now. looks like my trip to the post office will have to wait until tomorrow

Well skin is waterproof, I have a motorcycle romper suit and crash hat, so I should be dry...lol

Thunder storm here just now , power out for i minute or so but not rain here on the top of the Lincs Wolds , looks black over Bills mothers though.

hurray! i just went out in the car and there was no rain!!!
