Haven't been to England, just Ireland some years ago, so am unprepared to compare plumbing fixtures. Some of the tubs in Ireland were

The one I'm on now is a car, the next project could be something totally different. To me it looks more of a purple.
I do like it, and I'd agree it's more purple than pink. But still.. Not the most blokey of purples maybe. A dark metallic purple you can get
away with (re skylines)..
