Been twice this week. Too big to do in a day. Passport tickets have worked out very reasonably. I have to say this has got to rate as probs THE best place we have ever visitted and every attraction enjoyed ny all (2 old (38) duffers and kids aged 4 and 7). Fantastic place. Im struggling to say what was the best bit as all had there good points.


Im sh1t scared of spiders but held a tarrantula Was really soft and gentle - shocked me how nice it was. Parrot show had me cracked up. Bats were well cute. Safari was superb (especially deer). Well worth ticket price.

We went 2 years ago. Had a great time.

Lost the rear washer jet to the monkeys in the safari park!

We was there sunday and monday. My four year old loved and held that tarantula, and my wife was shaking like a leaf while taking a picture of her.
But as you say , brilliant place to go.
Oh, and the dear where great to.

I was in kinks laffing as wife was pinned to seat while a BIG dear had head fully inside car taking feed off my hand. Not that i was doing anything to temp it in of course

Words dont relay just how much we enjoyed it. And passport ticket allowed us in twice to do all of the attractions - 2 days is a minimum hence big value for money.

not too far away is a mysterious tower on top of a hill that is own by a lebanses geezer who turned it into a restaurant.

we came across this by pure accident, then had to phone the number whislt standing outside the main door for it to open.

i see to remember driving a pnada on a dirt track since we had meal but none of us had money - panda being the Fiat car as opposed to a longleat resisdent.

I havnt been since i was very small. Aparrently my aunt got her rear windscreen rubber pulled out by the monkeys

As we went round the monkey enclosure, they managed to rip the entire roof trim off the car in front

The rangers in the monkey enclosure have a battered old 4x4 with no trim / wipers etc.

But on the back door it says it's a:-

V6, V8, TDi, Injection, Turbo, VW, Ford, Passat, Skoda, 4x4, sport etc etc

Basically the back door is covered in all the badges the monkeys have ripped off!

Did you do a tour of the 'Private Art' in the house.

Well worth it!! Lord Bath has some, errr, more than afew, quirks.

Totally agree, great place for a day (or 2) out!! We (wife and 2 kids) stayed at the centre parcs up the road, i was very sceptical of the entire trip when i booked up as we normally like quiet secluded places but ended up loving it all and will go back again!!

my biggest issue (and why i've not been to any safari park) is getting my car trashed.

If i could 'rent' a car to drive round i'd go.

great place long feeeet as my 7 year old called it ....... the boat trip with the seals was my fav

Monkey enclosure was closed - maybe a good thing. I think they were away on a car maintenance course!

Nico the gorilla has sky + apparently.

Didnt see the private art. Was told though he is reputed to have had a few women and has pictures of them all in his living quarters, all painted by himself.

we did 2 days there last week. Got lost in the maze.. Give up in the end.. Couldnt find the centre tower.. Couldnt find the way out! Took ages.. Lol..
Yep.. Seals were good.. The big guy was really big.. Cute little seals.. Lol
Tried to get in the adventure park bit but without any kids they wouldnt let us in.. Bummer..
The monkeys have got herpes which was why it was closed off.. And i lost count how many people while waitin for the boat trip looking at the meerkats kept saying 'simplezzz!' lol
