Looks to me like a MkIV Lotus Seven

S4 Lotus 7 what he said ^^^^^

Need i say more, but it was a twin cam 1600 Chassis No S4/2836 i bought built/assembled all in under 2 weeks of sick leave in March 1971. A birthday pressy to myself before i went back on my working tour of Europe with it .
