mmm. I take it you received one motor as per the item title? But the text and picture show two. Difficult one to rectify... Have you contacted the seller.

but the description and photo describe and show two different motors.

Presumably they've just sent one and you thought you were getting two?

even though i paid on the 2nd i've only just recived one, but that's no big deal, To me the idescription says 2X i've just sent the seller a message so no idea what he'll suggest just wanted to see if people though it was for 2 like me

I'm secretly GUTTED not to have the pen, that's what i bought it for!

yup though when i've bought more than one item from sellers before the quantity line showed 2 i guess so that different people can win one each, this didn't happen this time, i'd not noticed the one slipped in at the end, read the 2x in the description. the picture shows 2, and i got the one without the swivel too

but to use an example.

1" X 2 = 2" I.e. 2 times one inch singular

Not the clearest advert, think he needs to learn how to use the quantity option !

I would have expected to receive what is described in this line copied from the listing.

"2 X OBEN LFB3D/LUB PNEUMATIC MOTORS"

I think the 2 and the S after motor is enough to expect two.

We recently cocked up in a listing by just copying an old one, left some text in that described shall we say extras to what we though we was listing.
The buyer contacted us thanking us for quick delivery but was missing bits they thought came with it, we sent on the bits even though we never intended them to be in the listing, our fault, not there's.

IMHO you are owed two motors and for sure paypal would uphold it.
Looks very much like a non registered business seller to, puts him on a sticky wicket.

he's replied hes messed up offered a partail refund i'll take that, wantted 2 but it's all good

Title is mis leading

To me:
"PNEUMATIC MOTOR OBEN LFB3D/LUB one"
is the name of the motor and:
"2 X OBEN LFB3D/LUB PNEUMATIC MOTORS NUMBER 0606"
means two units.
