digital photo frame recomendations
smart51 - 28/11/09 at 09:19 PM

I want to buy a digital photo frame for 'er indoors so that she can stop using the camera for that. Mostly so there's room on the card to take more than 1 photo. I'm looking for recommendations. Requirements are good picture quality and ideally, to fit in a handbag. Any suggestions?

Not sure about the 'fits in a handbag' bit but a great value 8" hi-res frame is THIS one from PLAY normally £79.99

EDIT : It's mains only btw.

Most are mains only, I think.

I bought this one the other day, seems easy to use and has all the right card slots.

Get a cheap digital camera for her handbag (or a mobile/ipod with a big screen) and a big memory card for it. That way she can take more photos if she wants but free up the decent camera/card for "proper" photos.

My TV (panasonic 26" LCD) also comes with an SD card slot so it becomes a serious picture frame if you want to show them off to family and friends (not handbag sized I'll admit )
