I have just ripped all the girlfriends cd's to I-tunes library... I used apples downloader and my son tells me I have loaded at such a high bit setting that when I synchronize them to her 8 Gb I-pod I can only load about 250 songs onto it. I did think you could download highest quality into the library then adjust it downwards to fit better on the I-pod but there does not seem to be a way of changing these settings... If this is the case and I have to reload all the CD's again, what should I set it to get quality but maximise content... thanks in advance.. keith
